Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Layer casserole with potatoe slices & Vidallia onion slices, dill, salt & pepper and dot with butter
Gently heat chicken stock & cream until steaming,
Pour over the potatoes.
Cover and bake for 40 minutes at 425 degrees, remove and sprinkle with Havarti cheese.
Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes until lightly browned.
